摘要 考虑黏砂砂粒对水泥环支撑和套管对水泥环剪切共同作用,建立黏砂套管井固结强度计算新模型,得出当黏砂密度小于临界黏砂密度时,黏砂套管固结强度与黏砂密度呈线性关系;当黏砂密度达到临界黏砂密度时,黏砂套管的固结强度与黏胶剂的性能有关;当临界黏砂密度为70%时,实验结果与新模型的计算结果一致,最大相对误差9.43%,建立的黏砂套管固结强度计算模型准确合理,符合实际. Considering the adhesion sand supports the cement mantle and the casing shears the cement mantle together, this paper establishes a new model to calculate the adhesion sand casing well concretion strength. Conclusions are arrived at that when the adhesion sand density is less than critical adhesion sand density, the adhesion sane casing concretion strength presents linearity; when the adhesion sand density reaches to critical adhesion sand density, the adhesion sand casing concretion strength is related to the performance of the adhesion agent; when critical adhesion sand density is 70 percent, the result is the same with the new model's. The maximum proportional error is 9.43 percent. The calculation model of the adhesion sand casing concretion strength is exact and reasonable, it's in accordance with the actual application.
