摘要
随着日渐激烈的市场竞争,竞争者为了谋取最大利益,取得市场优势,便采取各种不正当竞争行为。仿冒行为便是较为突出的一种。我国《反不正当竞争法》以及相关法律对此已有相关规定,本文通过相关法律对仿冒行为的概念、特征、条件、认定、责任以及其与假冒行为、冒牌行为的区别的探讨,以期加深对仿冒行为的了解。
The competitors adopt kinds of competitive actions for the most interest and gain the market position with the more and more intenser market competitions. Counterfeit is the protruding one of these. There are the regulation of the counterfeit in our Anti - Unfair competition Law and the related laws. This article discusses the conception, characters, condition definition, duty and the difference of the counterfeit to deepen the understanding of the counterfeit.
