摘要
以玉米淀粉为原料,醋酸乙烯酯为酯化剂,制备了酯化改性淀粉。研究了各反应因素对产品取代度的影响,并以取代度为指标,通过正交试验确定了其最佳工艺条件:反应体系pH值10,反应温度38℃,反应时间2h,酯化剂用量60mL。对产品的凝沉性糊化等理化性质做了测定和分析。
The preparation of acetic ester starch with corn starch and ethylene ester of acetic acid as the acylating reagent was carried out. The effect of 4 factors on the substitution degree was studied, and with quadratic general rotary experiment design the technology conditions were optimized. The obtained optimum technology conditions are as follows : pH 10, temperature 38℃ , time 2h, and acylating reagent 60mL. The physical and chemical properties of the product were determined and analyzed.
