α-SMA和FAK与慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的相关性 被引量:3

The correlation of α-SMA and FAK with hepatic fibrosis after chronic hepatitis B

摘要 探讨α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)和粘着斑激酶(FAK)与慢性乙型肝炎病理肝纤维化分期(S)之间的相关性。选取行肝组织活检的慢性乙型肝炎患者42例,对肝组织进行HE、Masson三色、网状纤维染色,并进行肝纤维化分期(S0-S4)。免疫组化法测定肝组织中α-SMA和FAK,并进行半定量分析。不同分期的肝纤维化α-SMA、FAK表达积分情况不同(P<0.01),与S0(0.429±0.535,0.143±0.378)比较,S1(1.571±1.397,1.286±1.113)、S2(2.875±1.885,1.875±1.885)、S3(4.286±0.756,4.286±0.756)、S4(4.796±0.927,4.923±0.954)积分明显逐渐升高(P<0.05),具有S4>S3>S2>S1>S0的规律。相关性分析显示α-SMA、FAK表达积分与肝纤维化分期(S)呈正相关(P<0.05)。肝组织中α-SMA、FAK的表达在肝纤维化发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。 To explore the correlation of α-SMA, FAK and the hepatic fibrosis after hepatitis B. Liver biopsies were obtained from 42 cases with hepatitis B. The liver tissues were treated with HE, Masson and V - G, and were classified for stages of liver fibrosis. The expression of α- SMA and FAK in fibrotic liver tissue was observed by immune histochemical techniques, and analyzed in half - ration. The level of α- SMA and FAK were different in various stages of hepatic fibrosis (P〈0.01). After analyzing S0(0.492±0±535 and 0.143±0.378), S1(1.571 ±1.397 and 1.286±1.113), S2 (2. 875 ± 1. 885 and 1. 875 ± 1. 885 ), S3 ( 4. 286 ± 0. 756 and 4. 286 ± 0. 756 ), and S4 ( 4. 796 ± 0. 927 and 4. 923 ± 0. 954) , it showed that the scores were increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ).α- SMA and FAK were positive related to the stages of hepatic fibrosis ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of α - SMA and FAK might take important action on the process of the hepatic fibrosis.
