高校档案的利用需要转变观念,增强意识,更新技术,加强宣传,提高人员素质等方面采取措施,以充分发挥档案的利用效率,更好地为高校发展服务。

This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems inthe utilization of archive in college from the point of view of college＇s archivesutilizing. In the utilization of college＇s archives, we need to improve the idea,heighten consciousness, renew technology, strengthen awareness and takemeasures to increase staff workers qualification etc. So we can make full use ofarchives and give the better service to college＇s development.
