摘要
目的:应用荧光技术建立测定面制食品中铝的方法。方法:采用微波消解对食品进行前处理,用荧光光度计检测消解液的荧光强度和透射光强度测定铝的含量。结果:方法检出限为0.034μg/m l;在0.01~1.00 mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.999;回收率在95.0%~106.4%之间;测定结果相对偏差RSD均在0.72%~1.72%。结论:本方法操作简便、快速、准确、干扰少、检出限低,试剂用量少,适用于面制食品中铝的测定。
Objective:To certify fluorimetry of Aluminum in flour - made food. Methods:Dissolve sample with microwave, then detect the fluorescent photometer, at last, calculate the Al content accordingly. Results: The detection limit of the method was 0. 034 lrg/ml, the linear range was 0. 01 ~ 1.00 mg/L, r =0. 999, the recovery rate was 95.0% ~ 106.4%, RSD of the result fell between 0. 72% and 1.72%. Conclusion:The method is proper to determine Al in flour - made foods.
