摘要 绩效管理是企业人力资源管理的重要环节和核心内容,如何客观、公正、准确地对员工的绩效做出评价,是目前人力资源管理中的一个重要问题。本文对西方绩效评价研究文献进行了综述,对该领域研究的发展脉络进行了梳理,探讨了绩效评价研究的未来发展趋势。
