核黄素高产菌株的选育及发酵条件的优化 被引量:3

摘要 采用UV对棉阿舒囊霉(Ashbya gossypii)3#进行诱变,得到1株331#突变株,其核黄素合成速率明显提高,连续传代后仍能保持高产稳定性。通过正交试验,确认影响331#菌株核黄素产量的主要因素顺序为玉米浆>骨胶>豆油。在优化培养基配方的基础上,通过补料工艺,使核黄素发酵单位(每毫升发酵液核黄素的产量)达5 512μg/mL。 Treating Ashbya gossypii 3 # with UV, we gained a mutant strain 331 # , the riboflavin producing rate of which increased significantly. It remained a stability of riboflavin high production after being subcultured several times. Through orthogonal experiments, we confirmed that the main factors of affecting 331 # on riboflavin production were corn steep liquor 〉 osseocolla 〉 soybean oil. By feeder process based on the optimal medium, the riboflavin fermentation units increased to 5 512 μg/mL. Further experiments showed that the riboflavin production requires better aeration conditions.
