微机群并行计算机在工程中的计算性能及基准测试研究

摘要 为了测试KOKLE PC-Cluster008-01微机群并行计算机的并行处理性能,开发了基于MPI函数库的并行处理性能基准测试软件KOKLEBT.该软件是使用SOR方法来求解大规模定常热传导工程问题的方法来进行并行计算机的并行计算功能测试.为了进行并行处理,对数值分析问题进行了纵向和横向域分解,并将任务分配给参与并行计算的微机群,达到了预期的并行计算的提速、效率、计算量和计算时间等性能测试目的. The benchmark test software KOKLEBT based on the MPI (Message Passing Interface) library is developed fcr testing parallel computational performance of KOKLE PC-Cluster008-01 parallel computer. This software can test the parallel computational performance of parallel computer by using the heat transfer engineering problem based on the FDM (Finite Differential Method) with SOR solver. The parallel numerical analysis is conducted by using horizontal and vertical DDM (Domain Decomposition Method ) and the computational tasks are distributed uniformly to each node. By using this software the expected results for benchmark test of large scale parallel numerical analysis are obtained, by means of speed-up, efficiency, computing capacity and calculation-time and so on.
