摘要
高等学校对ISO9000认证表现出了“热”与“冷”的两种反映,本文通过对ISO9000认证高校的实证分析,就造成这种现象的原因进行了剖析,并就普通高校如何公正客观地看待ISO9000认证,取其精华为我所用,促进我国高校健康、协调、可持续发展提出了建议。
Higher education institutes shows totally opposite attitudes towards the ISO9000 certification. This article finds out its reasons and gives suggestions on how to make full use of ISO9000 standard to promote the steady and sustainable development of our higher education institutes.
