Adopting Powerful Measures to Promote the Rights and Equal Opportunity of Education in Children with Disabilities——The Sixth Comment on Equity in Disabled Children Education

为促进我国残疾儿童教育的权利与机会公平,针对我国残疾儿童教育现状,作者建议制定特殊教育法、加大执法力度,从而保障残疾儿童教育权利的平等;建立特殊的教育财政投资制度,全面普及残疾儿童义务教育,优化教育结构,从而促进残疾儿童教育机会公平。

To improve the privileges and equal opportunity of the disabled children to receive education in our country, and to focus on the current education system for the disabled, the authors recommended the establishment of Certain laws and regulations for special education. The system should be implemented vigorously so as to protect the equal opportunity of the disabled children in receiving education. Moreover, an investment system is needed for financing special education, so as to provide compulsory education to all disabled children, to improve the structure in the education system, and to promote equal opportunity of the disabled children in receiving education.
