高职高专物流类应用型人才创新培养模式研究

Innovation Cultivating Pattern of Application Persons of Logistics in Higher Vocational Colleges

物流人才是我国目前最紧缺的人才之一,但物流人才的培养却不甚理想。高职高专类院校因其强调应用性、动手能力、专业特色等特点,是培养物流人才的重要力量。高职高专院校培养物流人才要定位准确,注重应用性,通过模式创新,培养具有核心竞争力的人才,缓解物流人才紧缺的现状。

At present, the talented person of logistics is one of the scarcest persons in our country, but the cultivation for the talented person of logistics is not suitable. The higher vocational colleges emphasizing on application , practicing ability and specialized characteristics play an important role in cultivating talents of logistics. The talented person with core competitiveness will be cultivated by pattern innovation, right location and concentration on application in higher colleges.
