摘要
纳豆是日本传统大豆发酵食品,纳豆中含有多种营养因子,致使纳豆有许多功能,如溶血栓、抗肿瘤、降血压、防止骨质疏松、促凝血等,并就纳豆的功能进行了综述。
Natto is a traditional food (fermented soybean) in Japan. It produces many kinds of functional factors. It can prevent blood clotting, anticancer, lower the blood pressure, which is reviewed in this paper.
