摘要
随着食品工业的迅猛发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品添加剂痕量成分的检测提出了更高的要求,离子色谱因具有快速、简便、灵敏、选择性好等诸多优点而逐渐受到人们的重视。通过对近年来离子色谱在食品添加剂检测中的应用进行介绍,为相关研究提供新的思路和方法。
With food industry rapid development and people's living standard unceasing enhancement, the people proposed to the food additive trace amount ingredient examination a higher request. The ion chromatograph ,because of its fast, simple, sensitive, the good selectivity ,is valued by people gradually.Through the introduction to the application of ion chromatograph in the food additive examination in recent years, the new thought and the method for the correlation research are provided.
