摘要
针对高校领导干部如何树立正确政绩观问题,指出树立正确的政绩观是高校领导提高执政兴校能力的必然要求。从高校领导干部树立正确政绩观的意义、政绩观的科学内涵和树立正确政绩观的基本要求三个方面展开论述。同时指明树立正确政绩观要与树立科学发展观相结合,只有这样才能实现高等教育的全面、协调、可持续发展。
It is necessary for the leaders of universities to establish right achievement view, which is studied in this paper mainly from three aspects： the meaning of establishing right view on achievements, the connotation of achievements view, and also the requirements of it. Besides, it points out we should combine with scientific development view in order to get an all-around, harmonious development for higher education.
