孙桂芝教授防治胃癌复发转移临床药证研究

Research SUN Gui-zhi Professor's Clinical Medicine and Syndrome Characteristic on Prevention and Treatment the Recurrence and Metastasis of Gastric Cancer

目的:把中医理论思维与数据挖掘技术相结合,研究孙桂芝教授防治胃癌复发转移的临床经验,为继承挖掘名老中医学术思想提供新思路。方法:以孙桂芝教授使用方药为线索,对临床治疗胃癌的351张原始处方从多个角度进行分析对比、综合归纳,以药证为纲领,以孙桂芝教授理论精髓为依据,发掘“随证用药”的规律。结果:其处方药证规律:①在“以法统方”的基础上,根据胃癌辨证基本证型,常用基础方有6个;②遣方用药中涉及214味药物,根据出现频次和频率分布归纳总结了23味最为常用药物;③常用23味中药按药性理论进行分析,性温性平味甘的药物的使用较多,其次是苦寒药;④6组基础方中常见61味药物按其功能分类,其中补虚药居首位,清热解毒药、活血化瘀药、理气药使用次之。结论:扶正祛邪并举是孙桂芝教授防治胃癌学术思想的核心内涵,攻补兼施是其基本治疗原则。

Objective： Combination the theory and thinking of TCM with data mining technology, to research advisor SUN Gui -zhi professor＇s clinical experience on prevention and treatment the recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer, and to provide a new thinking for succeeding and digging the academic thought of famous veteran teran doctors of TCM, Methods： To take advisor＇s prescription and medicine as the clues, 351 pieces of the primitive prescription were carried out to analyze from multi -angles. Regularty was summarized as follow： Results： （1） Gastric cancer was divided into six basic syndromes by Syndrome differentiation and treatment. Six elementary formulas were used commonly and rospectively. （2） There were 214 pieces of drug in all proscriptions. According to frequency distribution, to sum up 23 pieces of drag were used the most frequently. （3） According to the drug property theory of traditional Chinese drug, the majority drug properties were the warm and the neutral in nature. In addition to, bitter cold drug were second. （4）According to functional classification of drugs, it was the first place that a kind of the tonification drug in 61 pieces of drug which were seen the most frequently. It was the second place that a kind of the drug for heat - clearing and detoxicating and a kind of the drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis and a kind of the drug for regulating Qi flow. Conclusion： To develop simultaneonsly strengthening healthy Qi to eliminate pathogens was advisor academic thought core of prevention and treatment gastric cancer, and simultaneous application of purging -tonifying therapy was her fundamental therapeutic principle.
