吲哒帕胺对高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响

Effects of Indapamide on Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients of Essen-tial Hypertension

目的探讨吲哒帕胺对高血压患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(EDD)的影响。方法轻度高血压患者49例,口服吲哒帕胺(2.5mg qd)3个月后,利用高分辨率超声检测血管内皮功能的改变。结果吲哒帕胺治疗2个月后,病人收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)均明显降低,分别为143.37±11.90mmHg vs 129.14±12.23mmHg,91.35±7.82mmHg vs 83.16±8.03mmHg(P<0.05)。肱动脉的EDD明显改善,即6.11%±0.93%vs 7.78%±0.76%(P<0.05)。结论轻度高血压患者的血管EDD损伤是可逆的,吲哒帕胺平稳降压,且可以明显改善损伤的血管EDD。

Objective To investigate the effects of indapamide on vascular endothelium-dependent dilation in the patients of essential hypertension（EH）.Methods Vascular endothelial function was assessed in the brachial artery by high-resolution ultrasound technique in 49 patients of mild- EH before and after 3 months＇therapy with indapamide.Results After 3 months indapamide therapy SBP and DBP were decreased （SBP： 143.37 ± 11.90mmHg vs129.14 ± 12.23mmHg,DBP： 91.35 ± 7.82mmHg vs 83.16 ± 8.03mmHg,P〈0.05）,and brachial artery endothelium-dependent dilation was improved （6.11% ± 0.93% vs 7.78% ± 0.76%, P〈0.05）.Conclusion Impairment of vascular endothelium-dependent dilation is reversible in the patients of mild-EH.Indapamide can steadily reduce blood pressure and improve vascular endothelial function.
