慢性肾衰竭非透析患者左心结构及功能改变的研究

Study on the left ventricular abnormality in patients in non-dialysis phase of chronic renal failure

心血管疾病（cardiovascular disease，CVD）是影响慢性肾功能衰竭（chronic renal failure，CRF）患者预后的重要因素，其病死率约占慢性肾脏病患者总病死率的44％～51％。目前，人们用超声影像技术对慢性肾脏病患者心脏病变的研究主要在多病因所致肾损害，以及透析前后心脏改变对比研究上，而针对慢性肾小球肾炎（慢性肾炎）发展为肾功能衰竭非透析患者其左心结构和功能改变的研究较少。多普勒组织显像和声学定量技术对心功能检测准确性较高圆，在本文中，笔者通过采用多普勒超声诊断仪检测心脏结构，并应用组织显像技术和声学定量技术测定心功能来探讨慢性肾小球肾炎患者发展到肾功能衰竭，其左心结构和功能的改变。

Objective To investigate the changes of the left ventricular structure and function in patients in non-dialysis phase of chronic renal failure （CRF） Methods Fifty-six patients with CRF were included in the study. In addition, 34 normal subjects were used as control group. Results （1） Compared with control group, LA, LVDd, IVST, LVPW in the patient group were increased strongly （P 〈0.001） Conclusion Patients in non-dialysis phase of CRF have left ventricular hypertrophy, left ventricle dilation and decreased diastolic function.
