农村扶贫开发模式的研究现状与展望

Research and Outlook of Rural Poverty Reduction Models

农村扶贫开发对我国构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。从贫困成因、反贫困干预方式,中国农村扶贫开发模式与效率等方面,系统回顾和分析了国内外的研究现状,并根据目前的研究不足,提出了我国农村扶贫开发模式与效率方面急需进一步深入研究的主要问题:(1)不同扶贫模式的效率和适应性;(2)政府对于不同扶贫模式的干预措施;(3)如何发挥非政府组织(NGO)在扶贫开发中的优势和作用。

Rural poverty reduction and development is an important means for building a harmonized socialist society in China. This paper reviews the latest development home and abroad of the research on the issues of the causes of poverty, means of anti -poverty intervention, models and efficiency of the rural poverty alleviation and development in China. Based on the limitations of the present research, the paper points out the major issues that require urgent further studies ： i.e. （ 1 ） the efficiency and adaptability of different poverty ：reduction models ; （2） proper means of government intervention for different models and ; （3） how to make use of the advantages and play the role of the NGOs in rural poverty reduction.
