摘要
绩效管理思想越来越受到我国企业的关注,然而在具体实践过程中,往往缺乏有力的工具和载体,造成与实际工作流程脱节的现象。根据企业的战略要求和实际情况,构建基于信息系统的绩效管理体系,将为企业提供更加全面、准确、有效的绩效管理工具,提升企业的核心竞争力。
Performance management has been a hot issue among China's corporations. But in practice, the concept lacking of powerful tools and carriers doesn't match the real process. From the aspects of strategic demand and reality of the corporation, constructing a performance management system based on information system will provide more comprehensive, accurate .and effective performance management tools and ameliorate the core competence of the corporation.
