An Applied Study on Laser in Breeding of Industrial Microbe

摘要 通过分析工业微生物激光有种研究,发现红外激光主要适用于提高霉菌代谢产物为目的的有种,可见光激光多用于原核微生物和酵母菌的代谢育种,而紫外激光则多用于细菌的育种。 The laser was divided into three types in the papers including ultraviolet laser,visable laser and infrared laser. By analysing the results of studying breeding of industrial microbe,itwas found that the infrared laser was mainly app1ied to breeding for improving metabolic productof mould,the visable laser might be applied to breeding for metabolic product of prokaryote andyeast,And the ultraviolet laser was mainly used in breeding of bacterium.
