The Systems Archetype Research of Enterprise Technology Innovation

本文主要运用系统思考的方法,分析我国企业在技术创新过程中存在的诸多问题:如企业创新的激励低下、空间狭小、效率低下等等,并指出导致问题产生的限制性因素和解决问题的杠杆解与根本解。最后,本文设计了六个系统基模,以助于更好地分析和解决问题。

This article mainly uses systems thinking methods to analyze many problems which exist in the technical innovation process of Chinese enterprises, such as low motivation, narrow and small space, low efficiency and so on. The article points out the restrictive factors that cause these questions and releases lever solutions and the basic solutions. Finally, it has designed six system- based molds, helps the readers understand them better and so as to solve the problems.
