摘要
主要研究了大跨度连续刚构桥箱梁在日照温差作用下沿断面高度的温度分布规律,采用非线性回归的方法建立了温度梯度分布模式,进行了悬臂浇筑的连续刚构桥施工过程中的温度效应分析,并对主梁立模标高和施工过程中的标高观测数据提出了考虑温度影响的实时修正方法。经过富春江特大桥的施工过程验证,该方法具有较好的控制效果,可用于连续刚构桥施工控制温度影响的现场修正。
The test mainly discusses the distribution of temperature along the height of cross section of box girder of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge in the sunshine,the mode of temperature gradient is builded up by the method of nonlinear regression, research temperature effects in the construction of the cantilever casting, the real-time revision method that considers the temperature influence is proposed to elevation of the main beam and height mark in construction. After verifing construction of Fuchunjiang river bridge,it is very successful and can be used to correct temperature influence of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge in filed.
