摘要
针对普通高校网球选项课教学中,步法移动教学课时少、教学效果不理想、学生的学习兴趣下降等现状,就网球教学课时分配进行了实验研究。结果表明,适当增加步法移动与击球技术相结合的教学课时,不仅能够减少学生击球失误率、大大增加学生回球的连续性,而且也可提高学生的学习兴趣和练习热情。
Against less class hour of step drifting in the tennis selective class teaching, the teaching effect is not ideal and declining of students' learning interest. The author takes a experimental researching about tennis selective course content class hour assignment. The results show that increase of teaching hours of step drifting with hitting the ball can reduce the errors in this movement, and greatly enhance the continuity in hitting a ball and improve students' learning interest and practicing enthusiasm.
