摘要
鼓励和推动绿色建筑的发展的已经成为世界各国建筑业发展的潮流。建立绿色建筑评价体系是发展绿色建筑的重要手段和工具。本文对国际上较为先进的评价体系进行了分析和比较,并提出了适合于我国的绿色建筑评价体系框架模型。
The development of green building has been accepted as the basic philosophy in the construction industry. In this paper, we have conducted a comparative study of green building assessment tools, including BREEAM in England, LEED in U. S. and GBTool that are developed by several countries. At last, a proposed model has been set up based on the situation in China.
