Effects of Puararin on IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 And Estrogen of Blood Serum in Post Menopause Osteoporosis

目的:探讨葛根素对绝经后骨质疏松患者IL-4、IL-6、IL-10和雌激素的影响。方法:选取绝经后女性骨质疏松患者40例,放免测定血清标本中IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、雌激素的含量。结果:用药前与用药30d后患者血清中IL-4、IL-6、IL-10含量有差别。结论:葛根素可以在一定程度上可作为绝经后女性骨质疏松的治疗药物。

Objective： Invest igate the Effects of puerarin on IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 and estrogen of blood serum in post menopause osteoporosi S. Methods：40 cases of post menopause osteoporosis were selected, Radioimmunoassay were used to determine the level of IL-4 IL-6 IL-10 and estrodiol in serum. Results：The level of IL-4 IL-6 IL-10 and estrodiol in serum of 40 cases i S different between before and after usedpuerarin. Conclusion： Puerarin is a kind of therapy of post menopause osteoporosis.
