透明莫来石陶瓷薄膜的光电子能谱研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)工艺合成了莫来石透明陶瓷薄膜。用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析技术,通过O1s、Al2p及Si2p的X射线光电子能谱分析,探讨了透明膜的结构、组成及阳离子的配位状态。研究表明,干凝胶中铝以AlO6八面体为主,硅为SiO4四面体,随温度的升高AlO6向AlO4转化,引起透明膜结构的相应变化。 Transparent mullite ceramic film was prepared by Sol Gel. The Structure and cation ion coordination state of transparent film were studied through analysis of O 1s 、 Al 2p and Si 2p by XPS. The study shows that aluminum is mainly octahedron of AlO 6 and silicon is tetrahedron of SiO 4 in dry gel, and AlO 6 are translated to AlO 4 with increasing of temperature, causing the change of transparent film structure.
