摘要
用核黄素光照法测定了3种咪唑桥联铜(Ⅱ)-锌(Ⅱ)异双核配合物[(dien)Cu imZn(tren)](ClO4)3、[(tren)Cu imZn(tren)](ClO4)3和[(trien)CuimZn(tren)](ClO4)3的超氧化物歧化酶活性。对各模型化合物活性和结构的关系进行了探讨。结果表明,它们均在10-6-10-7mol/L的浓度范围内有50%以上抑制率。
By using the riboflavin illumination method, the SOD activity of three Cu ( Ⅱ )-Zn ( Ⅱ ) heterobinuclear complexes bridged by imidazolate [ (dien) Cu im Zn(tren) ] ( ClO4 )3, [ (tren) Cu im Zn(tren) ] (ClO4)3 and[(trien)Cu im Zn(tren) ] (ClO4)3 (where dien= diethylenetriamine, tren = 2, 2', 2"-triaminotriethylamine, trien = triethylenetetraamine, im = imidazolate anion), was measured. The relationship between the SOD activity and the structure of model compounds was discussed. The results showed that all complexes at a concentration in the range of 10^-6 to 10^-7 mol/L demonstrated an over 50% inhibition ratio.
