不稳定性心绞痛和非ST段抬高心肌梗死诊断与治疗指南被引量：2149

摘要近年来，对不稳定性心绞痛（unstable angina，UA）和非ST段抬高心肌梗死（non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction，NSTEMI）病理生理机制的认识逐步深入，有关大规模临床试验结果陆续问世，其临床治疗也有重要进展。为了更好的总结这些经验，合理指导临床实践，中华医学会心血管病学分会、中华心血管病杂志编辑委员会根据近年来有关临床试验的研究结果，参考美国心脏病学会（ACC）／美国心脏协会（AHA）及欧洲心脏病学会（ESC）的有关指南，并结合我国心血管病防治的具体情况，组织有关专家制定了我国UA和NSTEMI诊断和治疗指南，相信它对提高我国UA和NSTEMI综合防治水平、推进临床实践的规范化进程均将起到重要的指导作用。
