摘要
应用有限元法对一种新型机车车辆驱动系统的弹性联轴节进行了强度分析,找出了应力集中点,并以应力集中处的应力作为目标函数,以弹性联轴节的结构尺寸为设计变量进行优化设计,从理论上求出了研究对象的最优形状,从而为整个系统的设计开发奠定了基础。
The finite element method is used to make the strength analysis for a new type of resilient coupling in the locomotive and rolling stock driving system.The stress centralized points are found out,and the optimized design is made with the stress at the centralized stress point as the target function,with the structure dimensions of the resilient coupling as the design variant.The optimized shape of the research target is obtained theoretically,so that the foundation is laid for the design and development of the whole system.
