摘要
从棘孢小单孢福建亚种No.80-A18(Micromonosporaechinosporasubsp,fujianen-sisNo80-A18)的发酵液中提取的黑色录生物合成抑制剂MA-18,经提取、纯化和理化性质鉴别,根据元素分析、EI-MS和13C-NMR的结果,确定其分子式为C7H7NO2,分子量137,分析1H-NMR和13C-NMR主要信号的归属.推测MA-18为苯的衍生物。MA-18抑制轮生链霉菌(Str-eptoverticilliummelosporm)80-A16在胨铁球脂培养基(ISP6)、青色链霉菌(Streptomycesglau-cus)93-5在酪氨酸琼脂培养基(ISP7)上形成黑色素,并抑制蘑菇酪氨酸酶合成黑色素蛋白。MA-18不抗真菌和大多数细菌,仅对金葡球菌有微弱作用.
MA-18, a melanin biosynthesis inhibitor, was isolated from the fermenta-tion broth of Micromonospora echinospora subsp. fujianensis No. 80-A18. Its molecularformular, C7H7NO2(MW 137), was determined by elemental analysis, EI-MS and 13C-NMRspectrum, MA-18 was considered as a benzene derivative on the basis of its data of H-NMRand 13C-NMR.The melanin biosynthesis inhibitor, MA-18, inhibited the production of hydrogensulifide by Streptoverticillium melosporum 8o-A16 and inhibited the activity of tyrosinase byStreptomyces glaucus 93-5 and by mushroom respectively, and also showed weaklyantibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus.
