随着我国互联网的普及以及上网人数的增加,尝试着在网上买卖东西的人也越来越多,电子商务活动变得越来越频繁,它极大改变了人们的生活方式,但同时也带来了许多新问题,如交易过程是否安全可靠,以及交易过程中发生的各种纠纷该如何解决等。要进行科学规范的电子商务活动,电子签名是必不可少的一个环节,电子签名在电子商务活动中扮演着重要的角色。本文主要阐述了我国《电子签名法》颁布的背景,以及此法颁布后对电子商务发展所产生的影响。

Along with the popularity of the Internet and the increasing in the number of online, on-line sale is also increasing. Scientific norms to e-commerce activities is electronic signature, which plays an important role. While the security of the electronic signature has been able to meet the needs of electronic commerce, but not to our relevant legal provisions enacted for the management and regulation of electronic signatures in e-commerce applications. The article expounded the ＂electronic signature law＂ background, and impact of e-commerce development.
