布地奈德粉吸入剂与多索茶碱联合治疗支气管哮喘68例

Combination budesonide powder inhalation with doxofylline injection for 68 cases of bronchial asthma

目的 观察布地奈德粉吸入剂与多索茶碱联合治疗中、重度支气管哮喘的效果。方法 68例中、重度支气管哮喘发作期患者，使用布地奈德粉吸入剂200～400μg·d^-1，每日2次吸入，并用多索茶碱注射液200mg加入生理盐水100ml中，每日2次，静脉滴注，治疗1周。观察治疗前后哮喘症状、体征，测定最大呼气峰流速（PEF）及PEF占预计值百分比（PEF％）变化。结果 治疗1周，临床控制17例，显效21例，好转24例，总有效率91．17％。治疗前PEF为2．80±1．04L·s^-1、PEF％为（60．42±13．15）％，治疗后PEF为4．00±1．10L·s^-1、PEF％为（81．53±14．25）％，治疗前后比较有显著差异（P〈0．001）。不良反应发生率2．94％。结论 联合布地奈德粉吸入剂与多索茶碱注射液治疗支气管哮喘疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of budesonide powder inhalation combined with doxofylline injection for patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 68 cases of moderate or serious bronchial asthma were treated for a week with budesonide powder inhalation 200-400μg · d^- 1, twice a day, and combined with intravenous infusion of 200 mg of doxofylline injection which was added to 100 ml of saline , twice a day. All patients were treated for a week. The symptoms and signs of asthma were observed pre-and post-treatment,and the rate of peak expiratory flow （PEF） and PEF% were measured. Results For one week＇s treatment,clinical control was achieved in 17 cases, excellence was 21 cases ,and improvement in 24 cases. Total effective rate was 91.17%. The rate of PEF and PEF% were 2.80 ± 1.04 L· s^-1, （60.42 ± 13.15 ）% pre-treatment, and 4. 00 1.10 L · s^-1, （81.53±14.25）% post-treatment respectively. There were significant different of the PEF and PEFand pre- and post-treatment（P 〈 0.001 ）. The incidence rate of adverse effect was 2.94%. Conclusion The effect of budesonide powder inhalation combined with doxofylline injection for patients with bronchial asthma is obvious.
