摘要
吉林球黏土是我国最早甄别和发现的第三纪球黏土。其主要理化指标较高,工艺性能好而齐全。如粒度细、可塑性高、结合性强、强度高、收缩率小、易烧结范围宽,抗热震性好、耐火度高等,且储量较丰,易采。经手选,水洗或掺料、深加工后,质量明显提高,并始终保持均匀稳定,用途更广。地方政府十分重视球黏土各种用途产品的开发,已进行规划。
Ball clay in Jilin province is one of the earliest recognized and discovered Neogene Period ball clay in China. It has good physical and chemical property indexes and a variety of processing property, such as fine grain, high plasticity, strong bonding, high strength, small shrinkage rate, wide sintering range, high resistance to heat vibration, high reffactability etc. Dakouqin mining district is abundant with ball clay mineral resources and convenient to mine. Through deep procession of hand sorting, water washing or blending the quality of ball clay from Dakouqin mining district is much improved, more homogeneity and stable and the usage becomes wider. The local government has paid much attention to development of the ball clay and is engaged in planning of the development.
