从高新区到创新园区——辽宁高新技术产业区转型

From High-tech Areas to Innovation Areas——On the Transformation of High-tech Industrial Area in Liaoning

辽宁高新区的创建及其所产生的规模效应和扩散效应,促进了地区经济的飞速发展,但是在其建设和发展的过程中也遇到了一些“瓶颈问题”。通过对辽宁高新区建设现状及其存在问题的分析,尝试性地提出辽宁高新区向创新园区转型的必然选择及其具体的建议。

Scale and diffusion effects generated by the establishment of high-tech areas in Liaoning province accelerate its regional economic development, but ＂bottleneck＂ problems arose during their development processes. This thesis attempts to point out the necessity of transformation from high-tech areas to innovation areas and concrete suggestions in Liaoning province through analysis of the condition and problems of Liaoning High-tech industrial area.
