摘要
阐述了激光诱变技术的机理,介绍了激光诱变技术在农业育种、微生物育种和其他生物育种方面的应用成果,提出了激光诱变技术在生物育种应用中存在的问题并展望其发展方向。
The mechanism of laser mutation technology was expounded. The application of laser mutation in breeding of agriculture, microorganism and other biological aspects as introduced. Meanwhile, the achievements in these aspects were described.In the end, problems on the application of laser mutation technology in biology breeding were proposed and its development in these aspects was also predicted.
