In order to increase the teaching quality of the course modern instrumental analysis principle and technique, many teaching methods were performed by multimedia teaching, laboratory teaching, large in struments opening to the students, and teaching mode adjusting of experimentalcourse. The effect on teaching and learning of these methods were discussed, that the paper described could provide a reference for increasingteaching quality of instrumental analysis course.
