从肾论治话痹证

痹证包括了现代医学中多种疾病,痹证的发生除有风、寒、湿、热诸邪之外因外,往往有阳气先虚,卫外功能降低之内因,卫外失固,病邪方能乘虚而入,袭踞经隧,气血为邪所阻则肿痛以作。故治疗痹证宜“从肾论治”,以治其本。
