甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗牙周炎40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Periodontitis 40 Cases Treated with Metromidaxole Membrane

[目的]观察甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。[方法]随机抽取门诊成人牙周炎患者40例,共100个患牙,分成两组。治疗组牙周袋内放置甲硝唑缓释药膜,对照组放置20g/L碘甘油。48h后复诊1次,共3次,分别在治疗前,治疗后及停药后1周统计观察指标。[结果]通过统计分析两组的牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、牙龈出血指数(SBI)存在显著差异,P<0·01。[结论]甲硝唑缓释药膜对成人牙周病患者疗效显著,而且副作用小,使用方便。

[Objective]To evaluate the treatment effects of metromidaxole membrane in a adult periodontitis. [Methods] 40 cases of adult periodentitis, totally 100 teeth were divided into 2 groups. The metromidaxole membrane was given to the treatment group and 20g/L iodine inglyeerine was used in the control group. The medication was done once every 48 hs to each group . Repeated 3 times, then to evaluate the treatment effects depending on the clinical syndrome and examination indices. [Results] There were significant differences of GI,PD and SBI by statistical check of the treatment group to the control group. [Conelusion] Metromidaxole membrane can treat adult periodontitis effectively with little side effect and easy to be taken.
