摘要
长期以来,我国中小学校长培训在内容上理论与实践脱节,在形式上以讲授灌输为主,这些问题制约着培训工作的发展。“案例教学”通过有目的、有计划、有针对性地引导学员学习和运用理论知识对具体案例进行观察分析,在互动借鉴中分析问题、寻找规律,实现理论知识与典型事物的有机结合,使学员置身于用理论解决实际问题的体验升华的过程之中,从而提高其观察能力、思维能力和抗挫能力,有利于提高中小学校长培训的实效性。
For a long period of time, there are some problems in the primary and secondary school principals' training which have restricted the development of training work. In content, theory is out of joint with practice and formally teaching is dominated by lectures. "Case teaching" is to guide students to learn and utilize theoretical knowledge and to observe and analyze the detailed case with intention, planning and pertinence, analyzing problems, seeking rules in the interactive reference, realizing organic integration of theoretical knowledge and representative things, making students place themselves in the course of experience upgrading of solving realistic problems with theory, so as to improve their capabilities of observing, thinking and tolerating failure and upgrade the effectiveness of the training of primary and secondary school principals.
