奶牛边缘无浆体病的PCR鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 采集黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市、嫩江市、大庆市和安达市奶牛场具有无浆体病症状奶牛血液样本,用PCR方法扩增边缘无浆体msp5基因,然后将扩增的DNA片段克隆测序,并进行同源性分析。结果发现扩增的4个基因序列与标准边缘无浆体(Anaplasma.marginale)同源性均大于99.5%,与Genbank上已发表的边缘无浆体msp5基因序列同源性百份率均不低于95.8%,进而首次从分子水平证实黑龙江省存在奶牛无浆体病。 Blood of dairy cattle with Anaplasmosis was gathered to get Anaplasma.marginale msp5 gene by polymerase chain reaction assay, and the DNAs was cloned and sequenced. Sequence homology of the DNA sequences was done by DNAStar software. The result was that sequence homology of DNA sequences between clinical samples and A.marginale LZ strain was more than 99.5%. Meanwhile, sequence homology of above all DNA sequences compared with Anaplasma marginale msp5 in Genbank no less than 95.8%.Therefor cow Anaplasmosis was demonstrated first time from molecular level in Heilongjiang province.
