摘要
计算机数值计算技术运用于低压铸件的成形过程,可以分析铸件完型过程中的速度场和压力场,验证现有工艺方案,灵活地改变各种工艺参数,透过模拟—修改—再模拟这一过程,达到优化工艺的目的。
The fluid flow analysis of molten metal into the cavity in low pressure casting was carried out with the help of numerical simulation. The velocity field and pressure field were also gotten. The process of low pressure casting can be changed flexibly and be optimized easily.
