困境与对策:三江源区藏族生态移民适应性研究——以果洛州扎陵湖乡移民为例

Dilemma and Countermeasure:Study of Tibetan Ecological Immigrant Adaptability in the Area of the Source of the Three Rivers——Taking Examply by the Immigrant of Zhalinghu

文章通过实地调研,以扎陵湖乡生态移民为个案,分析了三江源地区藏族生态移民在生产环境与生产方式、生活方式、语言环境、思想观念等方面的适应困境。认为多渠道帮助移民实现顺利转产、打破传统思想束缚、建构一套特殊的支持政策是促进该区生态移民适应能力提高的主要对策。

The article takes ecological immigrant in Zhalinghu countryside as case by surveying on the spot, analyses the Tibetan ecological immigrant in adapting to difficult position in production environment, the mode of production, lifestyle, language environment , notion in the source of Yellow River, Lancang River and Yangzi Rivsr. The author thinks that many ways can be adopted to help the ecological immigrant to come true switching to other products smoothly, breaking tradition notion fetters , constructing a set of peculiar support policy. These are main countermeasures to promote the ecological immigrant to improve ability to adjust to new environment.
