摘要
采用人工授粉后46~74 d的杂交扁桃幼胚进行胚培养,诱导萌发产生试管苗,将试管苗再进行分化增殖.结果表明:最佳培养材料的获得时间是人工授粉后60 d,MS基本培养基最适合胚生长萌发;G培养基附加BA 0.5 mg·L^-1,IBA 0.15 mg·L^-1或0.2 mg·L^-1为试管苗分化增殖的最佳组合.
Immature embryo of Almond, growing for 46-74 days after artificial pollination, are cultured in vitro condition, and the micro-plants are induced. The result showed that growing for 60days after artificial pollination is the best time to get the immature embryo of Almond. The MS media is the best media for embryo growing ,G medium supplemented with BA(0.5 mg · L^-1 ) ,IBA(0.15 mg · L ^-1 or 0.2 mg· L^-1) is the best treat for inducing polarization and multiplication.
