摘要
采用双螺杆造粒,单螺杆挤出制样的方法制备了纳米Al(OH)3/PP复合材料。通过TEM及力学性能测试研究了复合材料的力学性能和Al(OH)3的分散状况。在纳米Al(OH)3/PP复合体系中,纳米Al(OH)3的加入,不但提高了复合材料的冲击强度,而且显著提高了复合材料的弯曲弹性模量。纳米Al(OH)3的增韧机理在于纳米Al(OH)3作为应力集中点诱发大量银纹,吸收大量的冲击能量。
Nano-Al(OH) 3/PP composite was prepared by twin-screw extruder. The mechanical properties of composite and the dispersion of nano-Al( OH)3 were investigated by TEM and mechanical test. The results showed that not only the impact property but also the bending modulus of the system were evidently increased by adding nano-Al(OH) 3. The toughening mechanism of the nano-Al(OH) 3 lay on that the addition of nano- Al(OH) 3 particles had taken an action of initiating and terminating crazing (silver streak), which would absorb more impact energy than the net PP resin.
