摘要
本文对市场上不同生命周期阶段的医疗设备的市场特征和销售策略进行了分析,提出了基于生命周期的医疗设备采购策略和常用方法。
The market characteristics and sales strategies under the different lifecycle are discussed in this paper. The related purchasing strategy and tactics are recommended.
