摘要
通过金相观察、扫描电镜、X射线衍射以及透射电镜对Er在Al-Er合金中的存在形式进行分析,研究了Er对合金铸态组织的影响。结果发现微量的Er既可以溶于Al中形成过饱和固溶体,而且可以以颗粒状Al3Er化合物的形式断续或连续分布在晶界上。固溶的Er在随后的加工过程中会以细小弥散的第二相形式析出,成为铝合金中有效的强化相,而沿晶界分布的粒状Al3Er可以起到阻碍晶粒长大的作用,并且可能对铝合金的高温力学性能有利。
The existing form and effect of Er in Al-Er alloy were studied by optical microscopy, scanning electrochemical microscopy, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. It was found that trace Er could not only form supersaturated solid solution in Al, but also distribute continuously and discontinuously on grain boundaries in the form of grainy Al3Er compound. The solid solution Er would precipitate in the form of fine and dispersely distributed second phase, which would act as effective strengthen phase in Al alloy. The growth of grains would be hindered by grainy Al3Er distributed continuously and discontinuously on grain boundaries which may be helpful for high-temperature mechanical properties of Al alloy.
