摘要
海外印度人有2500万之众,分布甚广,其总体经济实力也很强。印度政府对待海外印度人的态度曾经非常冷淡,但在20世纪70年代之后情况略有变化,最近十几年则发生了质变。目前印度政府对海外印度人实行双重国籍政策,试图通过该政策借力于海外印度人的经济实力以实现印度经济腾飞的目的。
There are 25 million Indian Diaspora all over the world with powerful economic strength. The Indian government once adopted a cold attitude towards them, but such a situation have changed since 1970s and qualitatively changed in recent years. Currently, the Indian government adopts a dual -nationality policy in order to realize the rising of Indian economy with the aid of Indian Diaspora.
