甘蔗糖厂混合汁浮渣醇溶物抗氧化能力的研究 被引量:2

Study on the anti-oxidative capability of the alcohol soluble substance in the mixed juice scum of sugarcane mill

摘要 通过索氏提取对甘蔗糖厂混合汁浮渣的醇溶组分进行分离,利用二苯代苦味肼基自由基(DPPH·)分光光度法快速评价浮渣醇溶物抗氧化能力。基于二次回归正交实验设计,获得浮渣索氏提取时间、液固比与提取物抗氧化值的关系表达式,并对提取参数及产物抗氧化值进行响应曲面分析。 The alcohol soluble substance in the mixed juice scum of sugarcane mill was separated by soxhlet extraction and its anti-oxidative capability was determined rapidly by DPPH. method in this paper. Based on quadratic regression orthogonal design, the relational expression between extraction time, liquid/solid ratio and the antioxidant value of extract was obtained. Influencing factors of extraction were optimized by response surface analysis.
