湿润烧伤膏治疗乳癌术后皮瓣坏死或烧伤的临床体会

Clinical experience with MEBO in treating necrosis and burn of skin flaps after breast cancer excision

目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏及湿性技术治疗乳癌术后皮瓣坏死烧伤的临床疗效。方法:对2003年8月～2006年5月,65例乳癌术后因血供差,皮肤张力高所致皮瓣坏死或因使用电刀游离皮瓣所致不同程度烧烫伤,均采用湿润烧伤膏及其烧伤湿性技术规范化治疗。结果:65例患者皮瓣坏死烧烫伤创面全部愈合,最短一周,最长约24天。结论:湿润烧伤膏治疗乳癌术后皮瓣部分坏死或Ⅱ度～Ⅲ度烧伤创面疗效显著。

Objective： To explore the efficacy of MEBO in treating necrosis and burn of skin flaps after breast cancer excision. Method： 65 patients with necrosis of skin flaps after operation due to short of blood supply or the flaps were scalded by electric knife were treated with MEBO. Result： All the necrotic or scalded skin flaps were healed. The shortest healing time was 1 week and the longest 24 days. Conclusion： MEBO is very efficacious in treating necrotic and deep bum of the skin flaps after breast cancer excision.
